Workshop Facilitation

We believe that experiential learning is the most effective way to learn, accompanied by traditional facilitation. The highly interactive workshops we offer are designed for the group and team experience. Our workshops focus on three areas of leadership and team performance:

Conflict Management & Difficult Conversations

Immunity to Change illuminates a psychological immune system that prevents us from reaching our goals—this dynamic is often called “competing commitment.” People find they have difficulty making the changes they seek due to this deep resistance to change.

Participants will learn:

  • how to build a personal map of their immune system.
  • how to identify the hidden resistance that has kept them from making the desired changes in their work
  • how to use new tools and levers to make the changes.
  • how to support their long-lasting sustainable change.
